My Story
Why I started Hair by Sana Rais
I trained as a hairdresser because I love the moment a client sees their finished hair for the first time — that’s still what I enjoy most about the job. After qualifying to NVQ Level 2 and Level 3, I went on to complete advanced colour training so I could offer proper colour correction, balayage and highlighting work, not just the basics.
I started Hair by Sana Rais as a mobile hairdresser because I wanted to bring that same salon standard of care directly to people’s homes across Walthamstow and East London — no travel, no rushed appointment slots sandwiched between other clients, just a proper one-to-one appointment on your own schedule, in your own space.
Every appointment starts the same way: a real conversation about your hair’s history and condition, so we agree on a realistic result and an honest price before I ever pick up a brush.

Advanced hairdressing qualification building on Level 2, covering more technical cutting, colour correction and client consultation skills.
Advanced Colour Training
Additional specialist training in balayage, highlighting and full-head colour technique, on top of core qualifications.
